NTCC Advanced Practice Providers play a vital, lead role in our multi-disciplinary team. We routinely perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order necessary testing and medications, develop plans of care and closely manage these post-operative patients with our collaborating physicians and the primary surgeons.
Applicants should have critical care experience and need excellent analytic ability, exemplary interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication skills, ability to work as a team member and also autonomously. We are a rapidly developing program, striving to promote APPs and recognize their full potential as valued providers!
