I’ve been a PA going on 23 years. I graduated from UT Southwestern in 1996. When I graduated I started my life in medicine in Family Practice. After 4.5 years I left Family practice and explores the field of Orthopedics and specialized in Spines That sting lasted 6 months. I then pursued a position in the ED at Methodist in 2002 .In 2016 I was given the opportunity to join a Trauma/Gen Surgery service at MCA, but continue to moonlight in the ER/Urgent care area when I can. Yes I’m a workaholic.
I have been married to the wonderful and gorgeous woman who I am lucky enough to call my wife for almost 9 years. She has changed my life, making me a better person and keeping me focused. Since she is practicing a nurse she is always available to bounce questions off of whenever the need arises. My wife and I have 5 kids. We are a blended family – my 3, her 2 – but all ours! These five kids are my greatest work. My oldest is a boy who is a professional drummer with The William Clark Green Band out of Fort Worth. I have two daughters that are both in college, one at OU and the other at UT Tyler studying in the health field, and a boy and a girl in high school.
When I’m not working I like to golf and travel. My family and I enjoy going to local sporting events, especially as many hockey games as we can.
